Use of the image of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao

All graphics of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building used on this website are a registered trademark owned by the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation (GMBF). Therefore, the GMBF has exclusive rights over the usage thereof, and is entitled to prevent unauthorised third parties from using them. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce of any images of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao building in any format for any purpose without prior written consent from the GMBF.

Data protection policy

In accordance with Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 (RLOPD) and Information and E-Commerce Services Act 34/2002, the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao Foundation (GMBF) informs users that all of the personal information you voluntarily provide will be stored in an automated data file owned by the GMBF. The data is kept to assist users with their individual needs (sending images, product sales, information on activities and benefits, etc.) and for management purposes.

The GMBF does not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make the personal information provided by users in this website available to third parties. Accessing information on the part of data processing personnel when so needed to provide a service to the GMBF does not constitute third-party disclosure.
